Recap: Spies Among Us

As the team emerged from Dagobah, the team was confronted by Evan Hauser of the Techno Union and IG-88 of the Zann Consortium.  Hauser and the group threatened to kill the group if they did not turn the star map data over; thanks to Terra Vicious's confidence, the team decided to keep on fighting.  Torin performed splendidly against his old nemesis Doji Wacao Jr and Ponce De Leon, disabling their ship and capturing the ship.  Sseyax and Tav teamed up to defeat and kill Evan Hauser, while Ki-Tal and Tas-Ar worked together to destroy IG-88.

Afterwards, the team went back to the Exetor, where Admiral Akbar took the team quickly out of the area, in order to prevent other ships from learning about their mission.   Akbar then announced that the Techno Union had announced that Hauser was a rogue agent and was no longer going to go after  the Star Map Data.  Furthermore, Akbar told the team that to hide the data on its journey towards Coruscant that the team would be transfer to the Destroyer Class Bloodleaf.

At that moment, an explosion was heard.  Fearing for the lives of Bardos and Balbacca, the team rushed to them and saw their room destroyed.  Luckily, a nearby room had better coffee and the two was not hurt.  They told the team that, while they could not decrypt the data, they thought it was coming from Lt. Helena, Kiyana Elana's assistant.  While Torin did more work on the data to validate Bardos theory, the rest of the team confronted Lt. Helena.  After much talk and dealing with Electric slugs, Lt. Helena was forced to reveal herself as the culprit.  As Sseyax tackled her, Lt. Helena revealed herself to be one of the Droid-Force Users likely built on Korriban as she self-destructed, destroying the evidence and nearly killing Ki-Tal and Sseyax.

After some healing and sweet departings (Luke and Tas-Ar discussed the dark side, Garm the Hunter gave a last warning about Torin's path), the team went to the Bloodleaf to be commandeered by Terra Vicious. Several members stayed behind on the ship, including Leia, Akbar, Garm the Hunter, Luke Skywalker and B-69.  The prisoners the team captured were transfered over.  Torin had a conversation with a Blue Saber leader, and as a result, convinced Terra Vicious to make a pitstop to Tatooine.

Tav and Sseyax finally had a heart to heart with Master Frey.  Master Frey explained that the Inquisitors were created after the Coruscant Disaster to do actions that would not popular with the public, such as per-emptive attacks...and creating academies filled with Padawans not normally accepted, such as the daughter of a mercenary who made numerous enemies in the current administration (Sseyax) or the daughter of a former Jedi who joined Darth Vader as a Sith (Tav).  Frey admitted that he too was an Inquisitor though stated he felt the Inquisitors were going too far at times recently.  Frey stated that Master Gunner had begun to become paranoid a few months ago when they encountered the equivalent of a prototype of the droid/force user and begun making Inquisitors do blood tests and loyalty oaths.  Sseyax and Tav realized that the Inquisitors knew about the Korriban based droids and it was likely that reason the Inquisitors was becoming more aggressive. Frey had known about this for some time as well...though tried to stay out of it.

But Frey had more to say.  He was, after all, a former padawan of Master Castor, former friend of Master Teetran, Master of Tas-Ar.  Frey said that Castor was on a pilgrimage to aid the galaxy in his own way with Maiya...but then Teetran has never approved.  Castor has much power. power that if abused, could lead to much trouble...Frey believes Teetran is trying to preemptively stop Castor.

At the same time, Ki-Tal and Tas-Ar received a vision to where Master Teetran was....at Tatooine.  Things are going to get complicated for a while...
