Hanna chased her prey throughout the Star Wheel, for wherever this "Garm, Hunter of Terra Vicious" was remained a complete mystery. He had used not one, but five smoke grenades, caused three false fires, broke two sarbaac tables, crashed a dinner party and even reportedly tried to ride a baby Krayt Dragon. Whatever the case was, he simply disappeared. Even guards posted at the transport ships for the Star Destroyer, where Terra and Garm were likely positioned, did not report any figure matching Garm. It was most frustrating. She had desired to have an extra present for her presentation...but her news would have to be sufficient.
She went to her ship, the third in three weeks, and went right to heroffice. She reviewed her digital traffic, and realized that soon she would be on her fourth. She sighed. Frankly, she preferred ruling a single area, rather than be all about, roving about like some bounty hunter. But that was responsibility she had taken when she had joined her organization.
A report was generated and sent quickly, and Hanna eagerly awaited her response. She wondered how much Torin knew. He was able to convince Vulgh, even if the agreed upon terms almost assuredly dictated betrayal of some kind. Lance never played that type of game, for better or for worse. Did Torin really think a person could simply buy a star system? Or did he just not care? Even the Hutts, who long have ran their own system, were weakening due to the Blue Sabers, Black Sun and the Republic Forces led by Hajak - she gave them a year or so before they fell. In her dealings with him, he simply did not seem the type of man who could be so cold-blooded, so traditionally Black Sun. Was it not she who was supposed to evaluate Torin, to do what she needed to accomplish? What if he was using her? She didn't like that thought.
A hour passed. The report then came from her superior, her mentor. It was as she thought...
"#616, report to Esqfire, temporal transition confirmed due to needed skills. #1"
The plan was to continue then. Everything was going just as planned. So why did she have such a bad feeling about this?
